How to get interested in gardening?

My husband bought tomato and flower seeds.  He had stroke so only one hand useful.


I need to do most of the planting and gardening.  It seems complicated and I have


never had an interest in gardening.  How do I get enthusiastic?

Just keep telling yourself, that the garden will be a gift to your soulmate. If you are spiritual, say a prayer for for a big yield.

It is very healthy to touch your skin to the bare earth, like when getting dirt on your hands while planting. It's called "grounding or earthing. Here is a video on it's health benefits:

I have a garden and nit a green thumb. When the plants start sprouting and the producing, the reward is so satisfying! Every plant I have added I find the research distracts me from daily challenges. It’s peaceful when you working in the garden.
It is work but satisfying work with tangible rewards.

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

     I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
