The US House of Representatives sits down, and selects the President, at one vote per state. The first candidate to win 26 votes in this process would become the president. This process must be completed by the fourth day of March.

The Senate would hold a separate vote to pick the Vice President. Each senator would be given a vote, and 51 would be enough to win the Vice Presidency.

Barb, You know what? I like this way of voting. At least for this year. My Man and I have debated over this election for hours. Still I do not have my vote ready.

I think this is the first presidential election I dont plan on voting. Wish Colin Powell would run !
