It made me more competent while I was learning how to do a corporate annual report; my medical turn-arounds were cut by 3/4 the time; they literally saved my life ~ before I was diagnosed w/Addison's Disease, my charts from 3 different hospitals' ER departments with information they compiled while I was unconscious in each of them.

I'm in touch with people I'd never know without the internet.
Online purchases sure comes in handy now that I'm not out and about so much.
Google lets me instantly answer questions.

1.The info highway enlightens me ( if I'm not sure about something I type it into my search engine )
2. Time consuming
3. I like shopping ( I used to hate it)

I turn on the comp . for 1 hour and before I know it I have spent 3 hours on the computer .
