A group for those of us here who get more from our friendships than from the available discussion groups. A place to be accepted and appreciated for who we are. Somewhere to always feel safe and know that especially on the bad days we are here for each other .A place for encouragement and love.
What was your favorite cartoon growing up as a kid?

I liked The Flintstones alot, and Felix The Cat.

I was more of an after school cartoon kid than a Saturday morning one...I remember one of the local NY stations would run 2 hours of cartoons from 3-5pm all Disney ones, this being before Disney had their own channel and all...Is it sad I remember the order they were on too?! Gummy Bears, Duck Tales, Chip & Dale's Rescue Rangers, and Tail Spin. I remember the theme songs for the Gummy Bears and Duck Tales too - even sadder!! Those two were my faves back then. The only Saturday morning one I remember that I liked was a short lived one called Beverly Hills Teens. I don't know if anyone here would remember that one, or the Disney ones for that matter, unless they're also in their late 20's/early 30's or have kids around that age.
