Why not? Could we be the only intelligent life in the Universe? God I sure hope not! LOL

If there is life here then there is likely to be life elsewhere, I mean the universe is vast and we're just like a tiny speck of sand on a massive beach so to think only one planet can have life seems as plausible as the Earth being flat and the Sun revolving around us. And if we can get planes in the air and spaceships out into the solar system, then if there is other life out there surely they are doing the same thing.

And who hasn't seen some lights in the night sky that you couldn't figure out what they belonged to? Technically, for something to be a UFO all it needs to be is something you can't identify that is flying in the sky, no one said it had to be extraterrestrial in origin.
