I had to drive by the construction site 5 days a week on my way to work in TORONTO, CANADA!! And it seemed to take months for them to build it.
A bit of trivia was that they wanted to find the tallest man in To. to take part in the dedication of the tallest free standing structure in To! Well I talked my orderly Ken, who was 6'7" into going to the try out and he was among the shortest there............! We had no idea there wrere so many 7+ footers around!!
