I am not one of those. i am not a superstitious person really. I don't have any except that I wont talk on the phone or use computer during extreme thunder or lightening storms, and I don't think that is a superstition, just a fear is all, and a very real one too, have heard some bad stuff about that

As a nurse, our biggest one is to fear the " q" word. You must never comment on the kind of day or night you are having, as in, " boy, it is really quiet tonight." Say that word and chaos and mayhem are guaranteed to reign supreme!

I always look at the date and sigh, but I've never let it stop me from doing anything. I'm not very superstitious about it, but I am about my Gamecocks when they play! I have to have on the correct attire or they don't play well!

Only time I was concerned about a Friday the 13th was when my brother (whose birthday is on the 13th) turned 13 and his birthday fell on a Friday that year. As a kid, I thought that was obvious proof I was right that he was evil.
