I have several cloth rags. I have always thought that cloth cleans better than paper towels. I save them up. Then I can wash them in the washer at the same time.

Vinegar mixed with Water....
Great for cleaning Mirrors, Windows etc .

Mix equal parts dawn dish detergent and vinegar, diluted with some water in a spray bottle works wonders for removing soap scum. Spray shower walls and tub down, let it sit for a bit, and then wipe it with a dry cloth. The vinegar has a strong odor but dawn cuts that some. It works great and it's cheap. *** Make sure you wipe with a DRY cloth....it works better at removing the soap scum.

Use newspaper when cleaning windows! Just crumble it up into a ball and use along with Windex ,vinegar,or whatever you normally use. Newspaper doesn't leave the "lint" like paper towels and cloths do.

I keep a container of Lysol wipes by my bathtub. When I finish my shower I use several wipes to clean the wall and tub and rinse with water. It easily takes all the soap scum off and its sparkling clean. I never have to use harsh smelling scrubs.

Mr Clean Magic Eraser a wonder indeed.

A bottle of 409 spray does wonders too.

To keep garbage disposals clean, put baking soda in the drain and run a little water while running the motor. Flush out with clean water food odors will vanish. For an odor free fresh and clean smelling mattress. Sprinkle a little dry baking soda on your bare mattresses with a sift. Vacuum up the soda and make your bed. No more sweat smell and it works on your cloth sofas and chairs too.
