Sitting on the front steps, cigarette in hand, in mouth, in body- in soul. Watching people across the way carry out their trash- broken or soiled parts of their lives. Watching people sit in the grass soaking up the sun as their children frivolously play without a care in the world. This day God has granted us is beautiful.

One thing I know for sure is that I will never fully know the inside of someone elses life. Other peoples minds and souls will always be a mystery to me. No matter how persistent my attempts to understand- to comprehend the life of another... Words only go so far. Words can only paint a picture. I will never feel their happiness, their sorrow or reprieve.

I will always know that life is just a guessing game; one of which no one wins. For no one will ever feel, see or be inside of anothers soul.

This; as I sit here on this mystical sun shiny day, I know: The world will always be filled with hatred and pain because human compassion only goes so far.

This I know: That people of this Earth stopped Loving long ago.

This I know: Without Love, there can be no change.

And this I know: This world needs to change.
