I had comminuted fractures of ulna, olecranon, coronoid and head of radius. 

Surgery was done and my radial head was removed in full. Comminuted olecranon fragments were assembled and held with hook plate. The elbow was found to be unstable, hence a Trans Ulno-Humeral pinning was done
