Some updates on the group, and season

Hi football fans, Gaye called Holly and i yesterday evening. Gaye asked me to post here, to update everyone.  we had a really good talk ,and catching up, sharing about things, life, memories, sharings over the years,  and discussing the football season that's about to begin tomorrow. Gaye mentioned, she talked with Attester, and then talked with Holly and i. Gaye, Attester, and  myself, have some things going on in our lives right now, where we needed to make a decision about whether to have the group active for the upcoming season, with football picks. After talking, we realized,  at this time, with all that's going on in our lives, that we couldn't fully put our hearts into the upcoming season. the group is here, we just believe it may be best to sit this season out, and that together could return, for next season. Thank you all, for your incredible support for the group over the years. Thank you for reading. Wishing everyone, an exciting new football season.

I echo Leo's sentiments... I'm sure running this group every football season is a handful and if things are a bit chaotic right now in your real lives then this is the thing that should take a backseat for sure. As we've seen in the past, skipping a season hasn't kept people from coming back so you know that whenever you guys do start it back up again most of us will be right back here playing along again. In the meanwhile, take care of yourselves and enjoy the football season.

Thankyou for the update. I know it must be time consuming and I don't know how you guys have done it for this long even. Thankyou for past years of service. You have brought joy into the lives of the members of this group which won't be forgotten.

Thank you Chris and Holly for posting. I FINALLY got back on DS I've been trying with no luck for some reason and couldn't remember my password. I wasn't able to reset a new until now.

I love this group. I started it 11 years ago. Like Chris said, we won't close the group. We're just gonna take a hiatus this season.
I appreciate all of you who've been (and are) a part of our football "family".

Thankyou Attester for everything you do. Words can't express my gratitude.
Thank you Chris and Holly for all you did last season. I appreciate you both so much and I loved our talk last night.

I wish all of your teams good luck this year and hopefully next season we'll be back together again.

Thank you all, for your weekly devotion in past years in keeping the league together.. I certainly enjoyed our time together. I wish you all good health, and pray that we may all be back in the future to continue playing. God Bless, Ron

    My cat is going on trial for crimes against skink-anity. SIX in six weeks. Three this last week alone.The crack is maybe 1/4 inche wide. Maybe.
