Not sure why you think they're not getting respect. Brian Billick on Fox Sports has them at #4, and they have a 5-2 record. If I were any other team in the NFL, I'd be highly worried about the Colts. The sad thing is, Irsay in one fail swoop killed the love for the Colts. It was even on the radio here in Atlanta about how the guys would love to pull for them except now there's a reason not to - Irsay. I'd have to agree. He's acting like a moody teenager with his little tweets.

I like the Colts, but feel the same now because of Irsay. I don't want him to win but I want Luck to win.

they do get respect, I have always liked them, even back to the days they were in Baltimore, but The Broncos, beat themselves, again...yes, the colts are a good team, always will be..

I wrote a little bit about this in the other thread. The only thing I have to say Pat is...San Francisco Giants.
They get little to NO credit or respect. Admittedly they did terrible this year, but in the last 3 years they have been World Series Champions. -2010 and 2012. Yet, NEVER, have people given them the credit they deserve. I LIKE IT that way. Underdogs always feels good to me. Now, if only the 49ers could be underdogs once again. They played better that way! Though a 4 game winning streak isn't bad. But, yes, they did get beat by the Colts. At least with the Seahawks we have another chance. Thank God, as THAT game was an embarrassment of large proportions!

Ya know Pat, after last season when the Red Sox won only 69 games and finished dead last in their division and then got a bunch of good players for this year, people only expected them to be so-so this year. Look where they are ---- playing the St Louis Cardinals starting Wednesday for the World Series. Remember Game 4 of the ALCS in 2004 when the Yankees had them 3 games to 0 and were up something like 5 to 0 in the 5th inning? Yankee fans were swarming the phones to get tickets to the World Series in New York. Yogi Berri, the great Yankee catcher said it best when he said "It ain't over till it's over."

The Colts have a second year QB in Luck who is just now coming into his own. He's got a good receiver corps and running backs..... Colts have tough Defense. Their only weakness is their offensive line. They will make the playoffs this year, as will Broncos. and Chiefs. People do not think the Patriots will make it cause of the losses to their running backs, and receivers and tight ends. Now they lost two thirds of their linebackers. But Brady is the best quarterback playing the game today and he will find a way. But as for getting no respect..... I never listen to the pros. They will make the playoffs, like I said, and may even make it to the Championship Game.

Chiefs fan myself, yet I respect these Colts much more than the Manning led teams. Probably cause he beat my team regularly, as to your original thoughts. I feel your pain.

Denver and KC have played basically the same schedule and while the Chiefs are getting props for their defense, the so called experts insist yhe Broncos will won out. I'm tickled the Colts won, though now, yhe pressure is much stronger on the last undefeated team.
