This is a hard situation. He will lose a hundred million bucks with this loophole. But something has to be going on with him, his spirit seems broken. So very sad.

Kaepernick will land on his feet with a team that needs him (Eagles, Jets, TITANS, just to name a few). The 49ers will continue a downslide to nowhere because, truthfully, there is no good QBs available to them. I do feel sorry for all those 49er fans..... they will suffer almost as bad as those poor poor Titan fans have suffered.
