Hi everyone! I recently made a Taco salad with ground chicken instead of ground beef. I used a non stick skillet and I didn't put any oil in the pan at all. I added the ground chicken and used a wooden spoon to break up the chicken and brown it in the pan. Then I added seasoning. I added 1 pkg. of taco seasoning and 1 cup of water. some onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, some cajun seasoning. Cook it all down together and mix it around well in the pan until the taco seasoning thickens in the pan and everything is well mixed together. Then shut the stove off and cover it. I took a pkg. of crunchy taco shells and heat them in the oven or air fryer for a little bit until they are toasty and crispy. I broke the shells up and put them in the bottom of the bowls. Then I added lettuce, ground chicken meat, tomato, onion, shredded cheese, avocado and sour cream. Serve immediately
