It is chicken or pork fried in a batter with brown sauce.
It was given to us by someone that bought it at a Chinese Restaurant.

why wouldn't you? freezing just preserves it with cold....nothing wrong with that until it gets freezer burn from being in there too long....

I’d use a freezer bag and suck out excess air with straw. It should work.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
