I like poetry and songs a lot. I have a devotional book called Streams of the Dessert from a missionary in Japan in the late 1800's and early 1900's. She has some old and beautiful poems in there. I should post on here some time. I also love the poetry in the Bible like Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes and Song of Solomon. Some of it is his man's wisdom from King Solomon although God has a reason for it being in the Bible. Ecclesiastes 3 is one of my favorites. Have you noticed any poetry in New Testament. In 1 john there are a few passages of poetry. I think 1 Corinthians 13 was done some what in poetry style. :o)
