Fibromites Community Group
This group has been created for people who suffer from Arthritis, Depression, Lupus, IBS, - all o f which are the cling-a-longs to FIBROMYALGIA "fibro" and anyone else who might need someone to listen and in need of help. We welcome those with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome CFS and Multiple Sclerosis MS as well as any thing else you would like.
I have sleep apnea. When you go for the test just explain to the person getting you hooked up for bed that you feel you have it some days and not others and what happens. I bet you have some every night (and don't realize it), but maybe some nights worse than others. Either way you might not be getting the stage 4 restorative sleep. Are you tired through the day and want to nap a lot. I know with fibro your tired, but this is can't keep your eyes open tired. Also, they told me it is quite common that people hardly sleep at all at the sleep study, but they don't need you to sleep all night to find a problem. I know of a couple of people who had to go back a second time because they didn't sleep at all the first and I was worried about it. I didn't sleep much, but evidently it was enough.
As for the high white blood cell count, I don't know what could cause that? Maybe someone else in the group does.
Hope I helped a little.
Hugs, Donna

WISH U LUCK MY FRIEND. HAVE U EVER THOUGHT ABOUT WRITING IN A JOURNAL ABOUT YOUR SLEEPING, THAT WAY WHEN U SEE YOUR DOCTOR, U CAN SHOW IT TO HIM? AS FOR YOUR WHITE BLOOD COUNT, SORRY I DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER FOR THAT.
