I have been researching going gluten free to help ease symptoms. I had gone GF before & felt great (before I was dx with fibro & was trying to up my energy). I've tried the vegan thing & can't do it. I felt way worse on day 3 then I had ever felt before & that's saying something. I know it works wonders for some, but it's not for me. I was wondering if anyone had any help with relieving symptoms with gf eating?

its very hard for me to follow a serious diet, because for years I have used food to numb my pain. so I have developed a eating disorder, over eating at that, emotional eating...heavy salty, sugary, creamy unhealthy slave food, "killing your soul food". when I do eat healthy I still tend to over eat. I blame the scientist who caused the american obesity onslaught. they probably working for pharmaceutical co.... dang blasted I need to shake this monster off of me.

I live on a very limited income ($60-$80/mo). As such, a lot of what I have to eat comes from foodbanks, cheap packaged stuff, etc. I also non't remember to eat sometimes for a day or so. I don't get hungry. There are also a lot of times that I jist simply don't have the power to cook a meal. If beong well depends on what I eat, I guess I'm doomed. :-(

The $60-$80/ mo is my food money, not my income. Its what I have after my rent, power & heat is paid.
