I just had a situation that happened to me that sorta shocked me. My stepson who is 27 just informed us that he expects me and my husband ( his father) to pay for a wedding dinner rehearsal for 50 people...I said what? You expect me to pay for this without asking? Now mind you that my stepson has NEVER asked or demanded anything from my husband and I. We have what I thought was a great relationship over the years. He was 13 when you came to live with us and needless to say he has had a stable life with us. House over his head, clothes on his back.. all the needs a child needs.
I guess I am saying this because it sickens me that these younger generation EXPECT these things
