Well as i said, i joined the SHARE CARE on here, is anyone else on it, cause im always weary of new thing's and is it really a thing or a scam? Would like to hear from ANYONE else who may have joined it also. Any help or advice would be very appreciated. Thank you all for just being you and for being YOU. thanks in advance.... xo

Ya i see it on my home page for this site, it has Share Care, Real age, and Dr. Oz show. I know ive seen the trainer on the show, and its supposed to be free. Even in my emails the Daily strength team asks about it. Ya i joined but have been scared to start. think i will try it tonight. You get exercises, diet and food tips, etc. I don't believe allot of things Dr Oz has said, but i know this guy is on his show.There are lots of people on there. its an exercise and food helper w/ videos and everything. So i will be brave, already joined and nothing bad has happened. They asked for no money and i have no credit card.So wish me luck and check it out. it looks pretty good. Think its also an all over health helper if that makes sence. OK , gonna do it..... Not doing real age, i don't want to know frankly, Thanks allot. will post wen i actually start.

Let us know if you like it. I would guess if DS supports it it must be a good program. I also don't believe everything Dr. Oz says. This is probably put together by the trainer. I'll be waiting to see if you like it.

Ya its free for 30 day's. Unfortunitly, i fell and cant do some of the exsersis's. Going to watch the video now....

grill tonight with charcoal.....turned out good but had some stuff that I had to feed to Belle and Happy because it was grissley. it tasted pretty good and was a perfect mid rare....
