Squarley, Good grief but you are really getting hit hard right now. I am so very sorry that you are feeling so poorly. I wish that I had a great suggestion for you that would make it all go away. When the fibro really hits me hard and I can get to a place where I can think this is what I do. I try to remember times when I was really,really happy. Like, when my grandparents took me to a carnival. Playing in their barn. Being fitted for my Christmas dress. Singing in the community choir. Times like that. Trying to remember details about those events. It helps me. I will keep you in my prayers. Remember this. You are loved by so very many people here on DS. When you can please keep us updated.

grill tonight with charcoal.....turned out good but had some stuff that I had to feed to Belle and Happy because it was grissley. it tasted pretty good and was a perfect mid rare....
