My DREAM is to join the Marines. More than anything, this is what I want. I have been on a weight loss journey to get there, and I just recently had surgery to remove an ovarian cyst (routine procedure, never have any issues with cysts or anything) and they discovered endometriosis. I, nor my doctor suspected I had endo. It is not debilitating to me in ANY way. I do not have pain, or any abnormal symptoms at all. Is there any way I could get a waiver to join the military while having endo? He removed all of the endo he saw during surgery. I don't want to lie to a recruiter, but that's how badly I want to join. Especially since mine won't inhibit me or put anyone at danger in the slightest. Otherwise I would give up on the dream, because I do not want to put myself or someone else into harm's way because of a medical condition. Please respond if you can!
