I have been having incontinence issues for a while now and they have never had me this frustrated. It most has a huge part in my sex life and it is driving me crazy. I am at my wits end with this and my boyfriend and I are getting frustrated. No matter how much I go before we have intercourse I still have an accident. Any Ideas what may help?

Are You able to void before intercourse? We have not been able to have "normal' sex in a long time. But before I had many issues that sound like the same troubles Your having. If Your able to void Your bladder or bowel before sex thats the best idea I know. Otherwise You might have an accident. I also recomend laying on an incontinence bed pad during intercourse. And try keeping a sense of humor about it with Your boyfriend.
