28 M New to Group - Bladder and Bowel Incontinence

Hello Everyone,
I am in other support groups online, but just found out about this website.
I am a 28 year old male who had a brain bleed after being born two months premature. I also developed Hydrocephalus from the brain bleed, where my fluid doesn't drain normally without the use of a shunt (tube from my brain to my bladder/pelvic area.) I was recently diagnosed with Autism and Tourette's syndrome two years ago. I also have developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, and nerve issues related to brain and spine damage from being premature.
These nerve, spine, and brain damages caused me to have problems with my bladder and bowels. I am very embarrassed to bring this up, but I also have issues with bedwetting and nighttime bowel incontinence, for which I have to wear Northshore Supreme diapers at night.
