I see this group is no longer active.  I wish there was a way to connect with people who posted in years past.  I would love to know how long it took for the sadness to go away and what things worked best for them.  All the books say the same things, basically stay busy and reconnect with friends and lovers.  My problem is nothing interests me to do right now the only think that would make me happy would be to be with my kids again I miss them so much it's hard to imagine being happy without them.  The house is so horribly empty and quiet and their rooms sit there as cruel reminders of a life that's gone now.  When and how will this ever get better?
