I used to have a huge fear of getting sick and throwing up in school! In high school I was afraid that if I had an emergency with my health no one would be there and I would die and be all alone. When I went off to college I still had a fear of getting sick and throwing up! I had never thrown up at or in school until college! I remember feeling sick one night tossing and turning and couldn't sleep So I finally got up started to shiver and panic and say you will be ok again and again. Then I threw up on the carpet in the dorm room! Then aimed the trash can. Omg! It was pretty scary! But then it wasn't so bad. I now sometimes want to throw up to feel better! Lol! I don't have much of a fear anymore. I just try to not think about it. I have found being nervous about it makes me feel nauseous and makes me feel worse and goes in a viscous cycle. I just laugh about it now!

I think you have a lot of fears from your childhood. You need to become familiar with behavioral psychology. I often use trust resources about kind of abuses and read update papers on http://payforessays.blogspot.com. When I was stundent I felt some similar symptoms and I was helped by a monologue with myself, Hope, you will able to handle at all.
