Have you ever tried any amazing teeth whitening toothpaste that did the magic within almost no time?
I think the first thing you would want to do is check your diet. Figure out what you're consuming, and how much, and tweak it. Cuts carbs if you're eating a lot. Incorporate lots of vegetables. Figure out how much fruit you want to ea (they do have carbs and sugar, so it's best to stick to about 3 maximum. one or two is perfect.) Develop fun and cheap meals! I find this part to be a lot of fun.
the next thing is exercise. Figure out your budget and your time. Stop by your local gym and sign up. That would be the first step.
If you have a lot of time to spend at the gym, try to go at least 5 times weekly, 30 minutes minimum. If you don't have that kind of time to dedicate, try about 3 times weekly.
Develop a work out plan. Of course, you would want to include cardio because of your weight loss goal. Some time on the treadmill is awesome! If you're going with that route, make sure to include some incline.
It's also very important to strengthen your muscles. Once you reach your weight loss goal, you would want to stay curvaceous and strong. It also helps your body in the long run.
It's okay to start off small, especially when working out. If possible, try to reach a mini goal every week and always take it up. For example, if you can only run for 10 minutes, try to aim for 15 next week or in the next two weeks.
Make everything a challenge and always set goals. Keep a diet/workout goal. Write EVERYTHING down.
and Believe in Yourself! Good luck!
