Everyday is a challenge. There are some days that I feel good, and others where all kinds of negative thought come into my head. I just went to see a new counselor. I'm not sure if I like her or not. It's hard for me to keep my spirits up. I don't know why I'm here. :(

I have my off days too. Why dont u do a trial? see a new counselor and see how you feel... its a step forward and I think in the right direction towards healing.
