Everyday is a challenge. There are some days that I feel good, and others where all kinds of negative thought come into my head. I just went to see a new counselor. I'm not sure if I like her or not. It's hard for me to keep my spirits up. I don't know why I'm here. :(

The best antidepressant is when my wishes are honored. An example, the faucet in my apartment was running although the knobs were turned shut all the way, and one of the pulling strings on my ceiling fan came off.
