I have had a long defeated month of trying to get a new pd as mine reloctated. My family doc is finally going to work with me and my bipolar until I get a new pd, but really he doesn't know a whole lot about it.
Tonight I feel very defeated and fed up, I feel stressed inside like I am going to blow up any minute and the worst thing is I can't seem to stop these thoughts of suicide....gggrrr! Where oh where does our brains go to in these trying times?

God is the healer of all things call a pastor and maybe get some prayer for the feelings you have inside right now.
There are many many good and beautiful things in life to be thankful for in life.It isnt alays bad.
Focus on positive thoughts where you would like to be in accomplishing this time next month.
