I have been better. I have the makings of a cold and don't feel well.... had a biopsy from the top of my foot, stitches in for 2 weeks and it hurts to have a shoe on....I trimmed my own hair, and it was not a good idea!!!!!
But, the good news is...no afib for 10 days, back pain is down and I finished my taxes (have to pay this yr.)and my repairman showed up and can remodel my porch steps. Oh the other good news, I walked out of the car repair shop that told me I needed $500. repairs that I do not need!

The Good out weighs the other~
