okay I don't know what happened to my comment. I was saying that I am feeling frustrated. I called my counseling service. I got a call back from someone. They asked me if I were suicidal. No I'm not. then they asked me what my counselor and I have discussed about relieving stress. I said going for a walk, meditation and writing in a journal. She basically parroted all that back to me. and then said I should get make a note to bring this up to my counselor when I see her. I'm stuck babysitting my friend's daughter and her friend (they are 12) I will go out for a walk to get away from them. I am sick of being here(Living in VA with my friend) and need to get a job. But it's been so hard. I feel very alone and frustrated. my friend went out with her friend to a lunch and a movie. I don't like her very much and just try to get along with her and her husband. the phone call to the counselor lasted a big fat 12 mins then she had to go. I don't feel any better than when I started the convo
