Look at what Has to be done not at everything, just essentials, whatever can be left then leave, if the place is a little untidy it doesn''t matter and rest whenever you get the chance and sometimes you also have to say no to things. I am a really slow learner on this, I tried to live up to what I thought other people expected of me and you can't do this and I am only just now beginning to learn this.
