Yesterday I received a scam phone call from a person "representing AT&T." She said that she needed my address and billing address if different. She said that they had a phone call placed from my phone number to a place in Idaho that had never been paid for. I asked her why she didn't just include it on my next bill. She tells me that is not the way that AT&T handles a problem such as this. Hmmm. I thought. So I mentioned that why is AT&T asking for my home address and billing address if different. She explained that she could not answer that question. It was only her job to call and get the information. Told her that I had been a customer of AT&T for 28 years. So far they have sent me a bill every month. She hung up on me.
