I'll be moving to a college dorm and the only way my mom will let me have a dog is if I take it with me. There are service dogs and something new called a spiritual dog for the mentally ill that suppose to have the same rights as a service dog. Does anyone know if I can take a spiritual dog in my dorm room even though there's a no pet policy?
