Do One Clean Thing Today! Community Group
Housework can overwhelm us. Sometimes we may not even know where to begin. I am starting this group to help myself and others "clean house". Let's clean-up together! Each day I will post one thing to do: unload the dishwasher, scrub the toilet, sweep the floor... you get the idea. We'll all do that one thing together and talk about it. What products do you use?...
So today's the day, friends. We're going to scrub our tubs... or showers if that's what you've got. :) I have a small shower in a small bathroom, and a normal-sized tub/shower combo in our larger bathroom, and so that's my Do One Clean Thing for Today times TWO!
I don't like this job. I wish I did.
I just haven't figured out the easiest way to do this yet, I suppose.
Sometimes I scrub the baking soda and a little water and lemon juice in... and I let it sit awhile... sometimes even overnight... and then I scrub it again with some warm water and wash and rinse it all until it's all beautiful and clean again.
Sometimes I clean them while I am IN them. This is actually the easiest way so far that I have found... Because I use baking soda and lemon juice to scrub the walls and tub and fixtures and everything, I don't have to worry about toxic fumes or chemical burns or stepping out the shower smelling like bleach or Lysol.
I haven't decided which way I'm going to clean them today. I'll let you know!
