Divorce after Twenty years together Community Group
I want to start something for those of us that were married for a long long time. I think that we face a little different issues than those who were dating for a few years or even married for shorter period of time. Being married for so long we have older children some have grandkids dealing with teenagers and their reaction to the divorice empty nesters dating after 40...
U no when u get a good few months and u thing my life is finally getting back to normal,that was me the other day then BANG here i go again.
The concent order has finally come through for the last bit of my divorce normally this is done b4 the decree absoulte mine wasnt,anyway the way mine has worked is i got sent the forms the other day i read through them sign them then my solicitor sends him his copy he does the same then she can file for the pension,while he was round tonight he read my copy and said id had things changed on it saying im trying to stab him in the back and take the piss out of him cos he pays for everything as i only work part time,oh and i should move in with my man and cos i dont have a full time job he should have the kids.
I didnt loose it with him i just said calmly if thats what u want to do go to court and we see what they say.That was earlier this evening he left and went home.Then i get a phone call about 1/2 hour ago saying he just spoke to his solicitor and he has the right to move back in.
Can u belive him this is the man that walked out 18 months agog for a young tart,all i want is happy and normal no stress and no nastiness.

I am always amazed how many of these ex's of ours have direct access to legal help at night! Especially at the prices they charge. I am friends with my attorney and would not dream of calling him on his cell or house at night unless I shot the ex and am in jail....which he assured me he would get me out and off under mental duress.
The stbx are liars, and you have to always remember that they pull this I talked to my lawyer crap a lot. Not so..
