Divorce after Twenty years together Community Group
I want to start something for those of us that were married for a long long time. I think that we face a little different issues than those who were dating for a few years or even married for shorter period of time. Being married for so long we have older children some have grandkids dealing with teenagers and their reaction to the divorice empty nesters dating after 40...
so 2 things happened today. first is minor compared to second but here goes. my atty says i may have to do joint taxes this year. seems "I" messed him up in 2011 for doing separate even tho it was his idea. he ended up owing. too bad. so she mentioned some court term that says i may have to do joint. yea! let's hope he's already done his and declines. at least I was following court order and he wasnt't.
second thing...phone call first thing this morn from step-daughter who is now 10 weeks pregnant. she didn't tell me that earlier. her sisters did so I claimed i knew nothing. anyway she is in a-fib. they can't shock her heart because she's pregnant. they can't give her meds to stop it cause she's pregnant. they aret't sure they can put her under to abort baby cause she is in a-fib. so they aren't sure both will survive any procedure they do. she had valve replacement few years ago and was told not to get pregnant. she had tubes tied 8 yrs ago when she went into a-fib delivering her youngest. so they tied her tubes. and then the a-hole bf she has wanted a kid (she has 3 total already) so she had them untied. guess who co-signed the loan to do this???? if you guessed stbx then you win...
so if bad news travels in groups of 3 what is next??? but in meantime please pray

I had gone to the grocery store. When I wheeled my cartback to my car I just stool there a minute. A few spacesaway a Tesla Cyber truck was parked. I had seen it on theroad a few times for a few seconds. But not close up.It looked like it belonged to 2126 and not 2026. I wasgoing to take a picture of the car but the owners cameback and drove away. It was an ordinary middle age...

p.s. my son called his sister and she acted like it is nothing. just a day in the day of a pregnant woman. she refused to admit she is hanging on to something that shouldn't be. her doc even told her she may as well get an apartment in tampa cause she will be IN the hospital more than OUT. she told her sisters if doc thinks slight chance of all being ok she is going thru with pregnancy. after all, no big deal...until she flat lines. prayers going up to the stubborn and bullheaded who don't value themselves
She has your love and support, and that of her family and that's what matters now and going fwd.

also got another call from his exw. she lit into him i guess. long story short he kept apologizing. i'm sorry. i'm sorry. then she told him he always thinks he has to buy their love and his response>>>wait for it..wait for it...it was kathy's fault i didn't have a relationship with my daughters!! yea you're right throw kathy under the bus. I want to ring his neck right now. oh his ex did say 'well you made time for all you gf's behind her back you could of made time for your daughters. lol
