Adore the hugs!! Yea I think this new atty is gonna work out fine. Both my sons want to testify against him but not sure I want to put them thru it. 26 & 24 r adults but still the mama in me wants to protect them. I know if it saves his ass the stbx would throw both under the bus and have his atty grill them. He's always been him first. Family last.

nohappy, I think the word you are looking for is "WUSS" -- LOL.

I would HOPE that an attorney would take a deposition from your sons other than run up the inevitable expense of calling them as witnesses at trial. Going to trial is very expensive and most good attorneys will make every possible attempt to settle out of court.

Your sons are grown men and can handle this. Stop trying to protect them from this reality as it will only serve to cause you anxiety.

kathy I have always had issues protecting my sons. but I have to accept they are grown men now and capable of crossing the street (so to speak) without holding mama's hand. lol and thanks for the spelling lesson. heehee. ever get one of those moments when you forget how to spell? well lately I have had lots. but as I said I feel like I am in a far better place than I was months ago. but still love all the encouraging thoughts my way. luv ya all
