I want to start something for those of us that were married for a long long time. I think that we face a little different issues than those who were dating for a few years or even married for shorter period of time. Being married for so long we have older children some have grandkids dealing with teenagers and their reaction to the divorice empty nesters dating after 40...

The "Complaint Department"

After reading Trisha's post and Journal this morning, I decided to lodge an official complaint to the Powers-That-Be about the wonkiness of this "new and improved" website. I don't like it, either -- especially all the scrolling involved due to the huge banners across every new page. So I took action!


Go to the very bottom of the page and click "Contact Us." When you get there, go all the way to the TOP right of the page and click "Submit a Request" and then fire away! The only way our discontent is going to be heard is to report it! Hopefully, our voices will be heard.

I think they should throw this away and start from scratch. As far as an improvement on the old site, it is not. As far as it being easier to navigate then the old site, it is just the opposite. I have a college degree with concentrations in information systems and even I have a hard time with this so imagine if others are not computer literate how hard this would be for them! This new site reminds me of when microsoft came out with windows 8 and nobody liked it so we all went back to windows 7 which was so much easier to navigate and did everything we needed it to do! The old saying, "If it works, don't fix it" I think that applies here!

I can't stand this either. I can't find anything and it is NOT user friendly.

I took action too, lets' hope that they listen to us. This is not user-friendly at all. I hate it.

While I give D&S credit for trying to improve the site, I must say that it's not working and in many.....many ways it was better the old way. Now I hope that they realise they need much improvement and changes to this new site. It's not working as it should and as intended. Still having problems logging on .have to keep asking for new password. I will formally send a complaint today. Hang in there everyone , let's hope that they listen to us and keep correcting all the problems and complaints. I think they will , but it's going to take time. Bob

I lodged a complaint over a week ago...they have not responded what so ever. It took me several tries just to log on here tonight...crazy!

I sent complaints when I couldn't log on or get a new password, but not about the actual site because I'm just seeing it tonight. It realy is wonky with these huge top and bottom banners. Really terrible site design. My job is to find work placements (internships or co-ops as we call them here) and I can honestly say that some of my second year IT students could do a better job at design then this! So now that I'm 'back' on I'll add my voice to the discontented lol
