Seems like many having difficult time

Im no exception. This is dragging on forever and now I'm paralyzed with anxiety and fear of moving to an apartment with my little kids. In waking in panic attacks crying, just wondering how I'm going to make it. I think I've buried things for the last two years that this day would never come and it has. I'm scared tie my kids ages 9 and 4 1/2. They don't understand, they are angry or at least the older one is. I'm alone here even tho I am dating a man that I know deep down isn't good for me, but the time we see each othe us few bc he lives at least 45 min away. I know it's sad to say that. Your head knows what your heart doesn't. I think deep down inside it's all me and I may still live my exH. I don't know.

There are days like this, especially when there are kids involved. First, I would not keep dating someone who isn't good for you. There is no reason to do this. Don't waste the time on him. Time that you could be spending with your sons. Right now, enjoy being a Mom. I know it is hard and you are lonely but they are what is important right now and you won't regret it in the slightest! Also, you don't say if you have family around but if not depend on a Church family. If you don't have one, find one. And come here often to vent.

I actually believe that the full moon can have an impact on human behavior and I think people here seem to be having a rough week. In schools, you see the change in behavior all the time with the full moon.

llmt I'm sorry for your distress. It's completely natural to feel some panic and anxiety - don't fight it and feel badly about how bad you DO feel. But remember to take some deep breaths and always keeps in mind that you and your kids area and will continue to be okay. Bad days happen.

Like drtexdi said, you need support. This is a CRUCIAL element in helping you to cope. We all need people. Good people, in our lives. You say your current boyfriend is not good for you. you need to stop this relationship yesterday!!! Concentrate on you and building new, positive relationships as you begin to move forward. Life can and will be good again. Take care!

Change is never easy -- especially unwanted change. But change often brings new revelations and new possibilities. That's the only way to get through what you are experiencing right now. Keep your faith in yourself and in a power greater than yourself. None of us knows what's around the next corner, so we have to do our best to stay in the moment at all times.

I am so sorry! Divorce is hard on kids, but keep your head up. You will find out that you are stronger than you know. Trust me, I've been there and there is an end to it.
