Becareful......I don't think you can legally do that...it is a division of property thing......you may have to come up with the cash to pay him back.....Have you taken him to court for emergency financial suport...I know your situation a little...but as much as you would like to sell his stuff you most likely have to either replaceit or at least pay him the amount you got for it....the only way you can legally sell it is if you are awarded it in the divorce.......I am so sorry that he is being an ass.....

Did he ask you to store his stuff? If you just moved it to be a nice guy - maybe. Do you have anyone you can ask?

I agree with the others. This could cause you big problems.

Since you did file, it says in most of the legalize you can not dispose of the others property or something to that language. But if you have other things you can sell them.

Ebay has a tutorial on line on how to do it, and a couple of good books are out there. It is not that hard to do it..but time consuming and you have to be very organized. I would try Craigs list to sell some things and use ebay as a benchmark for price. I have not sold on Craigs list, but I should be. The thing about that is I am going to have someone here with me if someone comes to pick something up, and I may haul it to my garage.. I do not want strangers in my house, see what I do have.. sad but true nowdays! My ex told me to sell his practice drumset or donate it, I also have giant aquariam (sp) and stand etc.. Trouble with Craigs is you may not get as much in price, but you do not have to package, ship, insure, list etc.. Good luck!
