well I broke down and called lawyer. 4 days til hearing and nothing from her. so anyway. she said no response from the other side. no communication. nothing. so maybe I will get lucky and he won't show on monday. fat chance.
but she says to just go in and be the calm smart woman I am. answer her questions. she may or may not call on him for response but may consider him hostile. who knows at this point. I just told her I want it over! enough is enough!!!
she's curious (and may ask him) how he's made so much money but still owes a chunk on credit line. Ok well it's like this. what he wanted he got. when he got it I had to figure it out in budget to pay. kind of like this---wife manages to pay bill off so let's go make another one. no chance to get ahead. his reasoning. not mine. I just did it cause he was the money maker the majority of the time. stupid me!
he's also been lax on support payments. not current at all. they send what they want pretty much. I mean his employer. then again, you know he knows what they are sending too. not what court ordered. in fact I just did a print out for lawyer and he is currently over $5500 in arrears. that's since sept 2012. so we will see what happens.
getting little stressed here. trying to relax. working steady so no time to dwell much. but I can feel it creeping in!!
