I want to start something for those of us that were married for a long long time. I think that we face a little different issues than those who were dating for a few years or even married for shorter period of time. Being married for so long we have older children some have grandkids dealing with teenagers and their reaction to the divorice empty nesters dating after 40...

Hi everyone, Just stopping by to say hello.


I hope everyone is doing ok and staying healthy .


Staying healthy......Ha,ha........staying healthy gets harder with every year, But i'm doing ok.


Regular aches and pains of a 77 year old man...........Ha, ha 


I just looked at some old post of mine and saw one in (2010) Asking for people to send me Birthday wishes because my old family was gone .Wow, I remember .......................35 great freinds herewished me Happy Birthday.  You know , that was a great feeling . Yep !, the DS people sure helped me out . Always great people ,in my book.  


Yes ,we are in Florida for the winter.   We're on the gulf side, but I still like the ocean side better.  I think Lake Michigan  had biggers waves then here.......... Ha,ha .   Guess it doesn't matter.

I went back and looked at that post because I thought I vaguely remembered it.
Oddly, I still get along with my ex and her family but I too have been disconnected from birthday wishes.

It's great to see you again! What is the key to a long, healthy, life?

Hi ! everyone, It always takes a long time for me to reply to anyone, because I don't always log on ..or check D&S. My fault..... I apologize. Good to hear from some of "the old gang" have you .....Ha,ha. I often wonder how everyone is doing. I hope fine. Never hear anything about Cow Girl Cathy. She was kind of the person that guided us, Gave us encouragement, , lifted us up when we were down. And.................she was the strong one of the group. Hope she is fine .God bless her......God there were so many people that helped me in those dark times..............So many great people. Have to say it again,,,THANKS ! Well here it is around the middle of Feb/2023. Wow!....Going by fast !!!!!! I';m doing ok . still hanging in there Still in Florida for a while . Soooooooooooooooooooooo, just wanted to say hello...............take care Bob

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

     I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
