Well the weather has just taken a turn for the warmth here where I live so a walk will be a must today..with the dogs.. perhaps a little raking...altho there is alot to do... and tonight..well not sure.. I am lucky that my daughters live with me.. altho they have their lives they are young adults..they don't really hang out with mom...lol.. I will also see if I get any more responses to my posting in craig's list in one day I have had 7 curious if any one else has tried this???

I am not to that point yet(Craig's list). Well I believe, my daughter is busy with her hubby and thier friends, so I guess I am on my own.. maybe I will treat myself to a burger and bowl of soup at a local greasy spoon...lol

The weather has gotten warm here too, so my idiot will be sitting in the bimbo neighbor's backyard having drinks and good times. I'll be trying to figure out a way to ignore them. I can't wait until I can afford to move. But I guess if patience is a virtue, then I'm pretty virtuous.

I just got home from a 12 hr. shift at the hospital and I was really dreading the evening alone. My 2 "still at home" kids are out with their GF/BF's. Anyone care for a glass of wine?

This is one from the past and I thought I would revive it just to see what every one is doing the evening....I am putzing on the puter and moving furniture around in my appartment to make more usable space, it is a small place but I AM happy here.....AJJ

I'm staying in. We've had constant rain. I had to take the dog for a couple of walks and I'm looking like a drowned rat. I don't feel like getting showered and dressed. Plus many of our roads are flooded.

I went to soccer game today and did some house chores today. I have a bunch of school work to do, but I haven't gotten motivated to do it yet. I am up for the wine...I know everyone is surprised by that...LOL

I'm getting new carpet in one of my spare bedrooms on Monday morning, and I have to work Sunday night, so I'm dragging cr*p out of the room tonight. Lots of big time fun here at my house, LMAO!!!!

Suprisingly enough, I haven't had much trouble getting used to being alone. Everyone thought that is what would be hard for me, when my marriage imploded, but that hasn't been it. I never seem to be bored and can always entertain myself!! LOL

I had lots of fun (NOT!) trying to buy gasoline today. Now I'm waiting for Ike to make his way up to my neck of the woods. Now I'm watching the PBS 60's special. Great music. Makes me want to dance! God I love that music. It's bringing back wonderful non-ex related memories !!!

Let's see - I went to work this am and then to an early matinee with a friend. I saw the movie Women which is about a woman who finds out her husband is having an affair. I didn't know this when I went, but it was good anyway. Some wonderful actresses in it. It was also about the bond of friendship between women. There wasn't a single man in the whole movie - not one. Even the extras in the backgrounds were all women. Wierd huh.

Anyway tonight I've been home alone, doing nothing. Much of the same I do every night.

Katie, Sorry your in the motel my appartment is that much bigger but I do have the ability to cook. The way the Bucks are/were (if you can call it)playing you are absolutely right. So I did get the sound system hooked up and had a glass of wine with a DS friend and a long chat.... that was nice....AJJ
