Divorce after Twenty years together Community Group

I want to start something for those of us that were married for a long long time. I think that we face a little different issues than those who were dating for a few years or even married for shorter period of time. Being married for so long we have older children some have grandkids dealing with teenagers and their reaction to the divorice empty nesters dating after 40...

Maybe it would work for me? I'm trying to sell a 5 BR with a huge yard. It was awesome when I had a husband, a cat and three kids. Down to just me and 1.5 kids

It is video, click on the arrow in the middle of the picture to play... slideshow is a programing term in the link. Also if you go into the article and click on the highlighted in blue section, you will get to her website, there are photos of her house, and more on her blog.

"Adulterers need not apply!"...... The truth of her selling strategy is that such qualifications would dramatically narrow and decrease their potential buyers by 50% in a low buyers market. That sign might be there in the yard for a long time.

Haha Misred, me too. Now the only problem for using it is that you have to have your stbx or x;s permission to do that. Apparently this lady's X thought it was a good selling tool and didn't mind his name being drug through the mud.
