Divorce after Twenty years together Community Group
I want to start something for those of us that were married for a long long time. I think that we face a little different issues than those who were dating for a few years or even married for shorter period of time. Being married for so long we have older children some have grandkids dealing with teenagers and their reaction to the divorice empty nesters dating after 40...
Checking in with all my great old ...and new friends here. I hope everyone is the best that can be. The years are going by by. and the healing continues to get better....and easier. Honestly , I still have some ........ohhhhhhhh, old memories that pop up once in a while. But,. hey I was married now to new wife for 11 years. sometimes we argue... most of time we laugh. To be honest AGAIN,. I'm not the easiest person to get along with ....I have my faults... .like everyone else. anyway . I have some news for all of you. .....Right now, I'm in Warsaw POLAND with my wife visiting her family here and in two weeks I'll be going to POZNAN POLAND to look up my family tree. My great, great Grandfather is from there. We have a family geniolgy on the internet ,but I'll be the first one ever to go back to where my family started and hopefully locate some long lost cousins.. it was something I always wanted to do. My Grandfather came here on a cattle boat. I'm returning on Jet plane... anyway... I accidentally deleted a journal entry that I wish I hadn't. Is there any way to get it back?

Instead of going to work I slept in until 11 am Now I'm treating myself at McAllister's to a Spud Max. When I go back tomorrow it will be Friday!
I am in the process of taming my own ego which will help me avoid all arguments in the future....It's a long process.
