Divorce after Twenty years together Community Group
I want to start something for those of us that were married for a long long time. I think that we face a little different issues than those who were dating for a few years or even married for shorter period of time. Being married for so long we have older children some have grandkids dealing with teenagers and their reaction to the divorice empty nesters dating after 40...
Today shoulda woulda coulda been 29 years. But know what?? It's ok. Seriously I am fine. Getting ready for baby shower. Celebrating new grandson. What better way to mark or remark this date!!

I had gone to the grocery store. When I wheeled my cartback to my car I just stool there a minute. A few spacesaway a Tesla Cyber truck was parked. I had seen it on theroad a few times for a few seconds. But not close up.It looked like it belonged to 2126 and not 2026. I wasgoing to take a picture of the car but the owners cameback and drove away. It was an ordinary middle age...

I remember the first anniversary after she (My x) left. A friend took me out and we went to a lounge were they had some kind of party going on ..... And we just joined in ... I was fine .... Did get to me later a little ......... No big deal ....

I don’t think ..or try not to think about my anniversary anymore . I don’t even know how many years “IT WOULD HAVE BEEN” . Probably a lot ........ Just thinking 43 years this Dec 20th . It’s hard for me to forget because my daughter in laws birthday is also .................... Dec ............ya you guessed it ... The 20th ....
Doesn’t matter how long it would have been ...... Really .... They don’t care............ And I don’t either any more .........
I will tell you one thing ..... This July 19th I will be married to MY NEW WIFE , 2 years .......... And We’re going to celebrate that big time .......... She’s the one who loves me more then anything .......... I don’t care about old anniversaries ,,,,,,,,,,,,just my new one ...
