Divorce after Twenty years together Community Group

I want to start something for those of us that were married for a long long time. I think that we face a little different issues than those who were dating for a few years or even married for shorter period of time. Being married for so long we have older children some have grandkids dealing with teenagers and their reaction to the divorice empty nesters dating after 40...

Sld1 once said to me a long time ago....."he will never break you" and she was right. I even used those words on one of my status quotes.

Thanks for the song Jack. I will never be broken again either but I will love as deeply for it's the only way I know how. There's gonna be some very lucky man out there for me some day. LOL.

Thanks Jack. I found it ironic you put this on here yesterday morning. Last night on American Idol a 16 year old girl sang a Bonnie Rait song that was so great. Song as old as she is. It really got to me but it tore me apart yet was really correct and where I need to be to get to the acceptance and now indifference stage I am and need to be.
