Sorry computer went crazy and posted????? Anyway I know when people would say to me " T set goals, and have dreams, and start to work towards your OWN future so you don't focus on HIM AND WHAT HE IS DOING. I wanted to SCREAM!!!!! Well right now my goal is not to vomit up the 20th cup of coffee I just finished and try to get at least 30 minutes of sleep!!!!! Sound familiar??? I did start to set small goals for myself even something as simple as get to work on time, wash the car, rake up the back patio. Pretty soon I was accomplishing all the small ones so I made larger ones. A trip to Disney with my kids, Having a home again with a backyard, and my own mailbox no more apt living, working on my education degree so I can get a better job. Pretty soon I started reaching these goals as well.

I know for most of us married over 2 decades OUR WHOLE BEING IS CENTERED AROUND OUR SPOUSE. So they leave NOW WHAT??? The plans and goals you had set for 20 something years is gone so I GIVE UP......
At first there is so much to deal with you can't imagine a day when you can actually just focus on YOU... My friends that day will come for you just as it did for me but, I still make my goals list this year I went back to the gym and joined a Zumba class with some friends. The first year of my divorce was so stressfull I lost 100 pounds. This second year was alot calmer and after my trial was over and I found the home of my dreams I FOUND PEACE AND CALM AGAIN, ALONG WITH DOLLAR BIG MACS... so I gained 25 pounds oops... Well there is a reason they say " Fat people are jolly" It's because they are not hungry!!!! hahaahha
My son and I play Just Dance and that burns the calories also and I can have fun quality time with my little boy.
Just start making small little goals for yourself and this Beautiful New Year and make 2013 YOUR YEAR!!!! HAVEN'T YOU GIVEN ENOUGH YEARS TO YOUR EX SPOUSES NOW THAT THEY ARE GONE DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MORE OF YOUR PRECIOUS TIME......

DISNEY TRIP 2013 right around the corner in February maybe some of you have a special place you would like to go to. So go get busy start planning, write everything down that way when you complete it you can cross it off your list. And that my friends IS THE BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD TO KNOW YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH ALL YOUR DREAMS....... ON YOUR OWN!!!!!!
