I am struggling to find support groups and information.
My daughter (16) has two alters both not particularly nice (and very similar). She says when she is one of her alters she can't remember things? And that nothing triggers them.

some groups here on ds just slowly become less acitve it seems, below are links to two groups that are active, the first one well established and relating to DID more specifially, (you mention your daughter has 2 alters?) and the second a fairly new one realting ton dissociative states more generally. You'll find lots of caring helpful people on both - hope this helps
